Also dispute the Custom Fees as again, you did not receive what you paid for. I spent R300 on airtime trying to get through to the call centre, only for the call agent to drop the call. We were querying the delivery of one parcel that we were told was delivered, but we askes to whom as we received nothing. 2 days later still waitinf for an update.
Post on all Social Media Platforms, as much as it is not Sheins fault, buffalo logistics and Fastway couriers cannot be allowed to get away with this level of service. Put it on yout Whats App statuses, instagram, Facebook, whatever platform you have. Make people afraid to order from Shein.
Another thing, I suggest everyone lay a complaint with Shein in order to to get them to change who they partner with in South Africa. The Buffalo execs are enjoying their Christmas, we are not. Complain to Shein so much that they are forced to change logistics companies. Lack of communication.

Most horrible service I have ever encountered. I have been waiting for 5 weeks now... Get your ducks in a row please, it's not rocket science.
I am still waiting on my parcel. I paid the vat and tax for customs immediately after they emailed me for payment. Since the 16th December no communication from them, my tracking status hasn’t moved or processed to the next step. I bought stuff for Christmas and reading the other reviews it’s sad to know that a lot of us won’t have our orders for Christmas. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. You can make us happy by delivering our orders today. Thank you
