      Most horrible service I have ever encountered. I have been waiting for 5 weeks now... Get your ducks in a row please, it's not rocket science.

      I am still waiting on my parcel. I paid the vat and tax for customs immediately after they emailed me for payment. Since the 16th December no communication from them, my tracking status hasn’t moved or processed to the next step. I bought stuff for Christmas and reading the other reviews it’s sad to know that a lot of us won’t have our orders for Christmas. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. You can make us happy by delivering our orders today. Thank you

      I was supposed to get my package on the 17th of Dec. Still nothing.Very disappointed.I hope I'll receive my package soon

      This is the worst courier company I was supposed to get my items on the 17th of December and yet I have not received them.The tracking is literally the same every time I check, my Christmas plans are ruined.
