    Poor service this time. Received an SMS that will get my parcel within 48 hours now it's over 48 hours nothing. On tracking it's saying dispatched since 22 around 7am. In November the delivery was quick and never experience any glitch. But now I regret

    Am so disappointed with your poor service was supposed to receive my parcel on the 22 Dec the delivery guy called me and told me he is coming to deliver my parcel I was very happy only to find out that he is in Pretoria Sunnyside and me am at Centurion...so he said he is not Coming this side he will take my parcel back to warehouse...yesterday I called him to ask him what is the way forward he said he forgot to call me and my things are inside his car...now am calling him his not taking my phone anymore...am sending email to this Buffalo company they are not responding I don't know what to do anymore

    Total bad service. My kids Christmas and holiday spoiled as thier clothes still not deliver. We can’t even pick it up ourselves there is no depo. Shein worst place ever to get goods from… your delivery is pathetic
