    Im so disappointed, i was guven a pleace called Buffalo Freight to receive my parcels, first i was told they will take 1 to 6 hours to deliver because um local and that was 6 days ago, and today i decided to go to this place myself because i needed the clothes for xmas for the kids and i was told that the address does not exist, many people have been coming looking for thus olace i even found another guy who is in the same predicament as myself regarding the xmas clothes. Shein needs to step up because this company they chose for me to receive my thungs is bogus and its a bad reflection on them.

    I'm so so so disappointed it's my child's first birthday the 30th of December...I've ordered on the 25th of November still my items haven't been delivered..they said they tried to but no one phoned me to say their on their way or anything so this means that my items are in depot and after that they will go back to China rather send me my money back ...coz I'm tired now of sending emails and phoning them

    I got my order yesterday, even though,estimated delivery time was on the 18th,atleast the kids will wear their Christmas clothes tomorrow.

    Finally i received my parcel today after waiting a week... IT'S VERY MUCH IMPORTANT TO MESSAGE SHEIN WHEN YOU'VE WAITED SO LONG.. n stop calling,emailing buffalo coz u will waist u time for nothing... Even their delivery men they change sim cards every day when they are delivering... THANX FOR DELIVERY

    This company is PATHETIC!They don't have a real phone number,offices,workers that can communicate or update us...they are sly and need to be reported.
