    I have phoned a couple of times waiting for 1.5 hours each time to speak to someone!!! Your operators know nothing, they check the same tracking site. They are not much help either!!! You don't answer whatsapps at all. It's 2 days before Christmas, what a useless company. I always order from Shein but they stopped using aramex and use you instead!! What in the actual ....duck.

    If I could return my parcel back to Shein I would! Orders were placed a month in advance to avoid delays but that was all for nothing!!! This parcel will be pointless to me after today, thanks for nothing Shein and your damn Buffalo BS logistics

    To everyone complaining about their parcels please try to send SHEIN a message on Instagram,i did that on Wednesday and my parcel arrived yesterday.
