    Been an entire month and still waiting for my parcel. And I can't get through to anyone in Buffalo over the phone .

    Ordered my parcel 25 November. Didn’t get any notification about paying off tax. I had to search how to pay the tax and only after lots of searching did I find how to pay. Payed the tax and now STILL waiting for my parcel. There are Christmas presents in it, it is now 2 days before Christmas and it still isn’t here?! Terrible service. Won’t be ordering again.

    Absolutely ridiculous!!!! My parcel was due to be delivered by the 12 - 14 December!!!! I leave for holiday Sunday and I still haven’t received Christmas gifts!!!!! MOST RIDICULOUS SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!
