The most pathetic unprofessional company i will never order from shein ever again as long as they use this delivery service
I have ordered from SHEIN on 14 NOVEMBER, my package arrived at Buffalo on 1 DECEMBER, I still have not received anything. Let me tell you a good story about people doing their job. I have ordered a package from the Netherlands from Nike on Monday and it was just delivered to my doorstep thanks to ARAMEX. BUFFALO YOU SUCK BIG TIME.
My daughter ordered on the 25th November. Paid tax 07 December. Transit to BUFFALO Pretoria DC 08 December. Transit to third party express 20 December. So who the heck is Third party express because when I called yesterday I was told by the agent that she has no idea. All she can see is that it was received by them. Who is them???? No Christmas clothes for my daughter. There will be no one to take delivery if and when the parcel does get delivered because everyone will be away on holiday so what happens then? Gosh I cannot believe you guys are so useless.
I can't believe that my parcel has been received at Polokwane Branch on 19 Dec n even today i haven't received anything n you are not saying anything

Useless courier campany
My parcel was supposed to be delivered between the 9-11 December. They said it would be a 10 day maximum delay. It’s now the 23rd and my parcel is still in transit from Johannesburg to Durban from the 21st. Is the truck driving that slow that it is taking over 2 days to arrive in Durban. And then my parcel still won’t be delivered. I leave for holidays on the 27th and all the clothes I ordered were to take, it’s a big order but now instead I have to go and replace all those clothes or I won’t have any to take on holiday. On top of that if you call the call center the agents sounding like they sleeping they don’t even care yet we spent so much money on orders and then paid that ridiculous duty which is actually a fee buffalo charges because aramex does not. SHEIN should allow customers to choose which delivery company they want to use. I order from SHEIN every 2/3 months now I won’t anymore. Buffalo your service is pathetic you must be reported to the competition commission of South Africa and close down
This is such a shock, how can this people still be in business. My package arrived in South-Africa on 25 November and have been at Bufallos warehouse since 1 December. I would love to give the owners and managers a piece of my mind....
So unbelievably disappointed!!! NO customer service whatsoever!! Buffalo is not even worthy of the one star I had to give in order to write this review!! My tracking status says my goods are now in transit to a third party!! Whatever that means! That is after it was in Pretoria DC on Monday the 20th alreadhy... I am in Pretoria! So literally I could have gotten it from them or they could have sent it to me.... What the heck is going on?? No one answers emails, phone calls or Whatsapp over there!!! These are Christmas presents!! Surely they must have expected a rush!
I have ordered in November and still haven't recieved my order, went to the warehouse yesterday in Durban they told me my item hasn't been scanned in yet but my parcel is with them in the batch, Durban warehouse address 24 Ebonyfield Avenue,Springfield...you will see a crowd of people standing outside waiting for their parcels they will take your order number and update youu there...but it was useless for me because I still left empty handed
