    Another disappointed client!!! If you know December is hectic why not put measures in place to deal with that?! Not only are you not delivering on time but you do not answer calls, respond to WhatsApp texts, no updates on the tracking and your in person service sucks!!!!! I cannot believe it’s almost Christmas and the stuff I ordered in November is not here!!!!!! Very bad service!!!!!

    Bad bad service, I was supposed to get my order last week and was told it would be 5-7 days late. I have tried to call but with no luck and they don't even respond to whatsapp messages. I am going to EC today and have to leave my cousins Christmas clothes behind which I promised I would bring them. Buffalo logistics sucks and I don't think I will order on Shein again.

    I see your motto is "we deliver hope" what a joke, it should be "we deliver f*k*ol". Can't believe this, I have been waiting a month and a half for stuff I already paid for.

    Can I at least have an update? Nothing since 14 Dec. Package should have been delivered by 2 December. It's now three weeks later.

    After a long, diffucult and stressfull year I now have to stress about christmas presents I HAVE PAID FOR, lying somewhere in a warehouse because of other peoples incompetence. Thank you Buffalo for ruining Christmas for me and my family.
