    Hi ALL SO i also ordered on the 17th November sitting side by side with my sister in law, but we live in different areas. she received her delivery 2 weeks ago in Phoenix,durban....were else i received mine a few hours ago in durban north...i continuely called fastway as they are contracted to buffalo, they were able to tell me that my order was with buffalo and didnt reach them yet....i called every single day for 2 weeks and im sure it annoyed the hell out of them...Maybe that helped im not sure...but worth the try

    They say my order has been signed for and delivered but it hasnt been delivered and we have looked with neighbours , our security gates staff everywhere. I can ever get through on the phones, and now they say they shut. They dont respond to emails and if they do its a automated response which has nothing to do with my query, and doesn't resolve anything. Id like to know where my package is and who signed for it. This was ordered in the beginning of November to get here for Christmas gifts. Not impressed that they don't have anyone available to resolve the issue.

    Does anybody have a telephone number for Buffalo? I have been trying to contact them but the phones are either just ringing or nothing happens... I ordered from Shein on 26 Nov and have not received anything as yet. Tracking update just has 'out for despatch' everyday. VERY bad service!!!
