***PREVIOUS REVIEW DID NOT WANT TO TAKE AWAY STARS***Ordered from Shein, they delivered to South Africa in a few days. Delivery date was supposed to be 8Dec 2022. I called on the 8th, suddenly it's delayed by 7days. I called 7 days later and was told that are prioritising newer parcels while mine is stuck in a warehouse. Now it's "en route" to a third party for 2 days. I call to find out what's happening and now they are closed. We planned way ahead to ensure we can get our shipment in time and suddenly they can't deliver

I just feel for Shein which did its part to get our staff on time, but unfortunately the re-funds they going to get yerrrrr because of Baffalo. 98% of people are starting to do refund requests with Shein. Now all of their DC's are closed since yesterday.
3 Drukker road, Parow, Cape Town. I got this address from a guy from Fast Way who once came to deliver my Shein parcel. Google has Juliana Street and i was there - its a rice factory. I'm working so I cant go but my brother will go this morning still.
Poor Customer service...I desperately need the parcel as it contains stuff for my daughter's birthday party..I cannot get hold of the Cape Town DC address and I sent an e-mail after 11am yesterday ,as advised on Google to [email protected],but no response...the number I am advised to call keeps cutting me off ,saying the mailbox is full,which means I have used up so much airtime/money,trying to call for assistance...I guess I will be sending EVERYTHING back and NEVER ordering from Shein again
My colleague placed her order on the 9th Dec. she just received an sms "her order has been dispatched" I ordered mine on the 26 Nov....Buffalo you going to HELL.
This was my first time ordering and my last time I think I want a refund
Poor service short staff waited for my order since 17th November until today updating lies on the app saying my parcel is at Pretoria DC while it still at airport the whole November and December even when I call still telling me lies about my order you are supposed to deliver orders according to date and stop this nonsense of sending orders that are new while there is old parcels in your worhouse and airport
Buffalo I tried being patient but this is unacceptable Can I just get my package that's all I'm asking for This is unfair people who ordered after us received their package
Ordered stuff from Shein 25 Nov and still haven't received it. Been saying out for delivery for the past week and can't get hold of them. CPT number doesn't ring, and the JNB number nobody answers... RATING is a "-5"!!!! WORST EVER!!!
