    I literally ordered on the 29th of November and I was supposed to get my package on the 16th, and I am still waiting. I don’t have clothes for Christmas and new years now, and I’m leaving for Cape Town on the 26th. I literally feel like crying rn

    Someone asked for the address, its 66 Jurg Avenue, Hennops Park, Pretoria. Good luck though, I went there on Monday, waited almost 8 hours, they confirmed that my package is there according to the computer, but I left empty handed. There is a mountain of packages so they literally have to go through each package to find someones packages, its total chaos....

    Most pathetic service my order was suppose to arrive on the 18th and up until today I have not received my parcel. I have called numerous times the past week having to wait more than 2 hours just to speak to someone. Today I was told my order is out on delivery and guess what here I sit and still nothing. All my daughter's Xmas cloths is I there spent so much money for nothings. Going on holiday and I must now rush to get her clothes as Buffalo has no service delivery.

    This is really SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE. No movement since my parcel arrived in Pretoria. No response to WhatsApp or emails and when you try to call your waiting time is over 100mins - VERY BAD BAD BAD! Not even worth a one Star

    Im still waiting on my order and I placed it November it's almost Christmas and I didn't get anything.whatsapp don't reply to my message this bad service I'm very angry my wife is waiting for her clothes she must wear

    Okay, I have read two reviews now of people ordering in December and already received their packages. I have ordered the 15 th of November. On Monday I went to Pretoria DC where I was told by head office my package were. Waited there for 7 hours in the scorching heat among some elderly and pregnant women, one guy were allowed in and he took a video of literally a mountain of packages bliksemed onto one large heap so what I am thinking now is that the latest orders are put on top of that mountain and they go out first and us poephols who ordered mid Novembers packages are on the bottem. There is no system or organizing, nothing. While I was waiting there for 7 hours the lady came out and told me they can see on the system my package is there but they are still searching for it. I am very glad for you who have received your packages in record time, you are spared a lot of stress and anxiety...

    I ordered my clothes on the 6th of December. I received my parcel an hour ago. Waaay before estimated time of arrival, all I did was to annoy Shein with alot of emails same as buffalo logistics cape town DC :0213851007 I suggest you do the same if you're as impatient as I am
