      Okay, I have read two reviews now of people ordering in December and already received their packages. I have ordered the 15 th of November. On Monday I went to Pretoria DC where I was told by head office my package were. Waited there for 7 hours in the scorching heat among some elderly and pregnant women, one guy were allowed in and he took a video of literally a mountain of packages bliksemed onto one large heap so what I am thinking now is that the latest orders are put on top of that mountain and they go out first and us poephols who ordered mid Novembers packages are on the bottem. There is no system or organizing, nothing. While I was waiting there for 7 hours the lady came out and told me they can see on the system my package is there but they are still searching for it. I am very glad for you who have received your packages in record time, you are spared a lot of stress and anxiety...

      I ordered my clothes on the 6th of December. I received my parcel an hour ago. Waaay before estimated time of arrival, all I did was to annoy Shein with alot of emails same as buffalo logistics cape town DC :0213851007 I suggest you do the same if you're as impatient as I am

      Worse service ever I will never order from you again and WILL make sure that everyone I know or do not know will NEVER order any thing from you. BAD BAD BAD BAD I AM SOOOOO UNHAPPY

      First order on the 26 Nov and received 05 Dec. Sec order 8 December estimate date was 27 to 29 December and i received today 21 December 2022. I'm not sure if its will help bt i press urguing dispatch and its speed up my order. Thank shein and buffalo its packed neat and i'm happy

      Most use lss courier when I phone I hold for 2hours and eventually when they answer they put the phone down when they still needs to help

      I received my order today, 10 days later than Eta and ordered on 22nd November. Don't know if this might help anyone...I read a comment or 2 about people that inboxed Shein on Instagram thereafter they received their orders. I inboxed Shein on Instagram yesterday and 30mins later the 3rd party courier collected my parcel from Buffalo and I received my order today. Might just be a coincidence but it worked.

      How can this be? I cannot comprehend this. This is messed up. I paid over R3000 for stuff for my children for christmas 2022 but by the look of things I might receive it by next christmas if I am lucky.
