      First order on the 26 Nov and received 05 Dec. Sec order 8 December estimate date was 27 to 29 December and i received today 21 December 2022. I'm not sure if its will help bt i press urguing dispatch and its speed up my order. Thank shein and buffalo its packed neat and i'm happy

      Most use lss courier when I phone I hold for 2hours and eventually when they answer they put the phone down when they still needs to help

      I received my order today, 10 days later than Eta and ordered on 22nd November. Don't know if this might help anyone...I read a comment or 2 about people that inboxed Shein on Instagram thereafter they received their orders. I inboxed Shein on Instagram yesterday and 30mins later the 3rd party courier collected my parcel from Buffalo and I received my order today. Might just be a coincidence but it worked.

      How can this be? I cannot comprehend this. This is messed up. I paid over R3000 for stuff for my children for christmas 2022 but by the look of things I might receive it by next christmas if I am lucky.

      Package in warehouse since 8 December. Automated email responses only. Calling them does not work either. SheIn needs a new courier company and no one should use this
