My parcel has been sitting with them since the 7th of December 2022. Nothing moving from the tracking system today I call them, THEY closing as of today because of the strike that broke in Pretoria on all DC'S. MY LAST MONEY FOR CHRISTMAS CLOTHING MY KIDS ARE GOING TO BE REALLY SAD. I THANK SHEIN AND BAFFALO
no more ordering from shein ,buffallo bad bad delivery agent they need to be reported .no customer service
I called and they said today they are not delivering for who knows what reason
This is a very bad service. J am still waiting for my order that were supposed to be delivered on the 15th/17th. Im still waiting. This is so bad and disappointing!
I ordered on the 15 th of November, package arrived in SA on the 25 th November, package is at Buffalo warehouse since 1 December, I don't know what to do anymore. Even stood in a line at the Pretoria DC for 8 hours....helped nothing, the only thing I got was a hell of a sunburn. I am soooo disapointed.
I am so disappointed. This is my first and last time ordering from Shein. I have waited over a month for my parcel. I have called and sat on the line for 3 days without any assistance. All my Christmas gifts that I ordered for my children are not even going to reach here by Christmas. I have wasted my time and money. I am so disappointed with the service. Shein has lost a customer. It doesn't even deserve one star.

This is how the movie played out for me - Ordered - 30 November (Paid for customs the moment they requested it) Expected Delivery - 17-18 December Real Delivery - 21 December Buffalo and Shein had me guessing whether the parcel would arrive since the day I ordered. Shein can kiss my ass and Buffalo can suck my balls. 10/10 would do it again. (but not during peak holiday season)
Buffalo has ruined South African sales for Shein. First and last time ordering from Shein. Christmas clothes were ordered pn the 2nd of December and have not arrived still. Now I have tro spend again because it is clear there won't be any delivery before Christmas
I ordered on the 24th of November. Its almost a month later and I am still waiting for my order. And the worst part is that I used my work address with the assumption that they will deliver on time now they will probably get to my work place and not find me there and make me pay extra courier fees to get the stuff delivered at another address yet they are the ones at fault. I had the same problem last December, I struggled to get assistance for a week and when they finally responded they came back with a weak explanation. When I told them I wont pay extra fees as they failed to communicate when the came to deliver I was told that if I don't pay the fee they will simply return my parcel to China. One would think they would have at least tried to do things better this year. Yerr this service is such a disappointment one would think buffalo logistics is division of Eskom because wow it stucks.
