    Worst service ever. Call centre agents give many different stories .n who the hell will reimburse the money for calling the call centre. Worst part driver lied that address cannot be found. He didn't even attempt delivery since 13 December. My package still stuck somewhere .Pathetic. No way to even email or talk to higher authority. Shein will lose a lot of customers if Buffalo is their delivery Co. Neva again. Please take heed people. I wish I read the reviews before i ordered. I even took a drive to durban depot. Turns out that depot is non existent. A security guard nearby says lots of ppl looking for buffalo. Makes me so angry. Pathetic ppl

    Worst service ever. If I could I would give them no stars. I ordered an anniversary gift for my wife on the 25th of November and it has been in transit with 'third party express' since 5th of December!!!! I never use on line services as I dont trust them but I thought let me try Shein as my wife seems to love them and has bought from them before. However this is the first and last time I will buy anything from Shein if they continue to use Buffalo Ive tried calling and get a message saying that all the depots are now close for the holidays for collection. Worst of all the Shein app says my parcel has been delivered!!!

    My package arrived in Worcester yesterday the 20th, this morning I received a message that the package will be 3-5 days late. Does anybody know where I can collect my package.

    I got charged so much for customs based on weight this time so the free delivery didn't make a difference to me. To top that, I am still waiting for my package to arrive, with no communication from this logistics company. Very bad service, they didn't even respond to my query about the weight and the pricing! I wish Shein uses another logistics company!

    My review below - couldnt get the stars removed. Def not 5 stars, worse service ever, you cant get hold of anyone, cant clarify anything.

    Ordered clothing for my sons 18th birthday in November, was told it would be here 8/9 December. His birthday was 13 December - still no sign of any delivery. Cant get hold of anybody. Was 151 in the gueue - after half an hour phone went dead and was unable to get through to the number again
