      waiting since my parcel arrived at harbour now 1 month. I am going away on holiday next week , hope I will have it by then?

      This is exhausting, I have been tracking my package , it showed dispatched, this morning it states misrouted, what the hell is going on buffalo ???? !!!!

      Very pathetic service. All numbers are unavailable and they refuse to respond on WhatsApp! Been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my Christmas clothes!!!

      My package arrived at Buffalos warehouse on the 1st of December. Still waiting....will someone at Buffalo please come and explain to my children on Christmas eve why there is no presents for them under the tree. Paid almost R5000 for SHEIN goodies for them.... I found out the parcel is at Pretoria DC since 14 Dec. Went there waited 8 hours for my package, they told me the package is definitely there but they can't find it. There is a mountain of packages, nothing is sorted or in order. It is chaos. Won't order from SHEIN again until they change the courier company.

      I were told to go and collect my parcel at the Pretoria DC, waited 7 hours, left empty handed. Pathetic service.

      Just do your job please. We have paid for our stuff, can we please get it? Don't you think 5 weeks waiting is a bit over the top? Make a plan please, its not rocket science.

      My parcel has been in transit to Cpt CD since the 10th Dec. It was received yesterday 10days later. If i go there i might get it. I will go to both addresses - Ama act verrry crazy - i wont leave without my parcel. They might call the cops on me. Ama fliiiiipp like nobody's business.
