    Terrible service, my order had been out on delivery for the past two days, just now I checked the status and it said I wasn’t there to receive the package, nonsense…nobody called me , not even an email or sms, and just now I received an update again saying out for delivery , buffalo I want my package.I’m frustrated and furious I don’t know what to do because you don’t respond to any form of communications

    My order was due by the 15th it’s been at the Pretoria Buffalo DC since the 10th!!! Why are you not dispatching parcels? The parcel was my kids birthday gifts l!!!
