      Very disappointing!!!! We were supposed to receive our parcel 2 weeks ago and still nothing, no response. Worst service ever!

      I'm super disappointed with your services, some of us aren't even gonna be around as we are going away, if ya'll happen to deliver the day you choose to there won't be anyone to receive my orders, why aren't your staff working overtime to make sure that people get their parcels on time? Yhoooo what a festive season mood killer

      I guess parcels will be delivered after Christmas, festive traffic orders and staff going on holidays..disappointing Buffalo!

      What the hell??? My package arrived in South Africa on the 25th of November, still waiting for it, needed the stuff by beginning of December, was promised to be delivered on the 2nd of December, today is the 20 th...still nothing. Found out my package was in Pretoria, went there yesterday, waited at the warehouse for more than 7 hours, went home empty handed....their service is bullsh*t...

      No body is trying to sort this mess out at buffalo. If they were, there will be more than 1 positive review. If you read apha. akho positive review at all. they are just chilling, their phone are off the hook, their van are chilling inside the yard. They are doing absolutely NOTHING to sort this mess.

      Don’t rely on anything they say. They lie and ask for clearance monies before the goods have even left China. Obviously no service and no one to talk to
