    Highly disgusted at the service i have been receiving from Buffalo logistics. My order was due to be delivered the 13 December yet still i got nothing. Ive been calling since last week waiting on the line for an hour each time i call only to be told that they cant assist me with an ETA without putting any effort into trying to find out where the order is and what the process is that will follow. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

    My parcel should have been delivered by the 13th already. Absolutely no communication from Buffalo. Cheap clothes is not worth this. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

    I have never received such unprofessional service in my whole life. Like i am even discouraged from ordering from shein again. my order said order held, its been at the warehouse in jhb since the 12th, come-on now
