      I went there today and I was told my package is still at the airport after a WHOLE MONTH I still don’t have my package. I am livid.

      So I ordered something on black friday for Christmas and its going to be almost a month now and i havent even got it yet and when i call the centre nothing happens. How am I going to give my kids their christmas gift.Is anyone else having the same problem?

      I’ve been waiting for nearly a month for my parcel. The call centre says I am caller no.100.. need to wait for over an hour to speak to someone; ridiculous. The items are for my 10years which he chose as gifts from Father Christmas to bring him on Christmas Day and posted his letter to the North Pole. What am I going to tell this poor child. This is all he wanted for Christmas clothes and shoes.This is a work address for delivery so have no idea when parcel will arrive and if before Christmas. Please help

      Good day I have been trying to contact Buffalo for the last 5 days. I received an email to say that they attempted to deliver my parcel but no one phoned me or no one was at our house. I kindly ask that someone please contact me so I can find out where the parcel is at this moment as i have no way of contacting you. None of the contact numbers are working.       I received a message on the 16th which is a holiday that my package is on the way n 20 minutes later I was told that they was an error I should call Buffalo to schedule another drop off.....no one called me .....AND your phone doesn't work ....I have sent several emails with no reply .....

      Absolute rubbish this company! They are do quick to ask fir custom fees yet extremely slow to process our packages. 5-7 days delay more like 25 days delay while they do not update the status. Shein should stop working with this company coz yerrrrr
