      so disappointed last update i got was on the 13th dec and today is my last day at work , will deffinitely not order from shein again

      i see everyone saying they last got an update on the 12th , i last got an update on the 1st saying my parcel has arrived at the airport warehouse. i had ordered on the 18th of November, Till this day i don’t have my parcel. I hate Buffalo. Very poor service, you can’t even reach out to them.

      A guy from Fast Way came to deliver. He once came to deliver my Shein order. So i asked him if he knows where Buffalo DC is located in Cpt. Athi ise Parow but he doesn't knw the address, theres only one guy who goes to collect the stuff from Buffalo mara as soon as he gets emsebenzini his going to call me andinike the address...I'm beyond desperate. Umntana uzonxiba ntoni nge Christmas. We should go there in number just like in Kempton Park.

      Why does it take so long to receive my parcel? Paid customs on the 7th Dec then on Dec 12 said transit to 3rd party express .. Since then no update nothing.. What is this ??? I'm very disappointed .. JHB SOUTH AFRICA.

      It has never been this bad. Normally you get 5 positive reviews and 3 bad. what is really going on this time, it can not be Black Friday. Maybe the plane didn't make it.
