      I haven't received any communication from shein but it says my parcel has been returned back. No phone call, email or any other update. I need the clothes. I ordered on the 20th of November, I should have received it between the 9th and 10th of December 2022.

      Went to Centurion today to pick up my own stuff. Paying so much for delivery and then we have to pick it up ourselves because of their incompetence. It is CHOAS there guys Parcels stacked from floor to roof. Had to wait 2 hours for mine(I was lucky). They really need to get a better system and plan for Nov/Dec madness.

      I ordered on the 25th of November and I still haven't received it . It was supposed to get delivered from the 14 to 16 December but nix . It's been in transit to the third party for 11 days!! Tf ! I just need my shit honestly

      I am still waiting for an order placed in July. Cannot get hold of Buffalo, tried many times over the past months. It is a large order. Disgusting, frustrating and an absolute let down.

      Experiencing the same issues as everyone else,it's so frustrating!Have been ordering from Shein for more than a year and only recently has the service from Buffalo become horrendous!Parcel's expected delivery date was the 15th,there's been no update for more than a week-says in transit to third party?!JUST COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS BUFFALO!!!

      My parcel was supposed to be delivered between 7 and 8 December. To date it says - in transit since 30 November 2022. I need to know by when my parcel will arrive. I paid the customs duty on 25 November for the parcel to be delivered and I am still waiting. I don't hear anything from Buffalo regarding my delivery.

      I placed my order on the 17th of November. And my delivery was scheduled for the 6th - 8th December. I logged a ticket tried calling and absolutely no feedback. Now it says in transit to 3rd party. This is absolute bullshit and very unprofessional.

      My parcel is showing as delivered but I never received it. Not sure what to do now, that was all my kids Xmas gifts. Has anyone had the same problem?

      Got my parcel yesterday and the estimated day was on the 15.I had to text them countless time,went to shein Instagram page and complained,threaten then the guy called and delivered my parcel nom kunjalo he was complaining ethy ikude la nghlala khon ND he can't drive ten minutes more

      The tracking status says "consignee not available " but buffelo never came to my address to deliver neither did they call I tried multiple times to call then to re schedule my delivery but all attempts failed please help
