Poor service! I was supposed to get my order on the 7th and i am still waiting. And those are my children's Christmast clothes, i am stressing

If i could rate it a 0 i would. I was told to pay but when it comes to delivery there was NO communication. This is a shitty business. And i wish there was a another place with better service.
My parcel has been received at the PretoriaDC on 09/12/2022. Up to date it still haven't been delivered nor any communication! I phoned them on 13/12/2022 to collect it myself, I was told I will get a collection reference, also no communication received. Poor service is an understatement!!!
Very bad communication from Buffalo. We get the fact that you are having a lot of packages but atleast update your clients about the whereabouts of their packages. Got a response from them on Monday saying my package will be here in this past week. Still nothing. No further communication. I really hope this is just because of the mass amount of packages as I never had this experience with them.

Pathetic service
This company should not be allowed to be in business. It took 5 days for my order to arrive in the country.. Its been in the country for more than 2 weeks now and still not delivered to me. I needed it for a wedding tomorrow. You have to hold for 2 hours on the phone and just as it gets close to your turn, you get disconnected. We should be given the option of which courier to use. Buffalo will then be out of business in record time. They are a pathetic company
I need my items, I will even fetch them if I have to but no one can confirm where it is
They send me an sms that am gonna get my parcel with 48 hrs after that they said they tried to call multiple times but I didn't get a call. X REPO HELP US
