    Had to wait on the line for 40min to speak to a consultant, who said my package is still @ their airport warehouse and since its a restricted area clients are not allowed to pick up their orders even if they wanted to. She had no idea when it will be picked up for delivery, Iam so mad by their poor service and lack of communication towards their customers. Need to travel to another province with the things I ordered from Shein but seeing theres a 5-7days delay notice on the website I dont no what to do. So dissapointed and frustrated I had to delay my trip and now it feels like Iam waiting for something thats never going to come. Pretoria North, we are waiting for our packages assemblief tog.

    May parcel is still after 3weeks at Buffalo were house. On there wepsite it shows it is there, but still they did not send it.

    Buffalo logistics do not have phone lines or email that work. Never order at Shein because you will not get your parcel. They prioritize first orders to get clients after that no more. Money gone and they can not be tracked. ORDER AT OWN RISK. EX BUFFALO WORKER TOLD ME THIS
