      Really bad service. I've been awaiting my parcel. This is the first time I am having such a bad experience. All the other times my parcels were delivered on time. Really pathetic service

      I'm not happy I've order stuff for my kids for Christmas and now us tell me that is gonna be 5-7days delayed. I'm so not impress

      Why don't they respond, I have sent emails, whatsapps and even tried to call. Could someone please share the CPT DC. I will fetch my order. It's been in transit to CPT DC since the 8th of Dec and hasn't moved this is unacceptable. Can buffalo logistics just communicate with your customers.

      Went to the warehouse yesterday and was told your parcel is out for delivery already bt still nothing

      Deliveries take a while when ordering from overseas, one should expect delays. That being said I have ordered from shein multiple times as well as other companies using BUFFALO and have had no issues

      We should all send an email to ICASA. The last time they did this to me i contacted ICASA and they really helped me a lot... The manager from Buffalo apologies to me...we should just do that. ICASA will contact Buffalo
