Deliveries take a while when ordering from overseas, one should expect delays. That being said I have ordered from shein multiple times as well as other companies using BUFFALO and have had no issues
We should all send an email to ICASA. The last time they did this to me i contacted ICASA and they really helped me a lot... The manager from Buffalo apologies to me...we should just do that. ICASA will contact Buffalo
I like ordering from Shein but I have to stop because of Buffalo :( I wish they would change couriers.

After waiting for a consultant to speak to me for an hour, a lady answers and while I was still explaining that I am interested in picking up my order she hangs up. It's time we talked about closing down the Buffalo Logistics as it appears they decided to keep all bought items for themselves. Why don't they respond, I have sent emails, whatsapps and even tried to call. Could someone please share the CPT DC. I will fetch my order. It's been in transit to CPT DC since the 8th of Dec and hasn't moved this is unacceptable. Can buffalo logistics just communicate with your customers.
