      After waiting for a consultant to speak to me for an hour, a lady answers and while I was still explaining that I am interested in picking up my order she hangs up. It's time we talked about closing down the Buffalo Logistics as it appears they decided to keep all bought items for themselves.       My order was meant to be delivered on the 5th of December, its the 15th for crying out loud, where is my order?? your numbers don't even work!

      I totally agree with the prevoius review. Worst courier ever. I tried to phone, send WhatsApp’s, e-mails no reply. As usual also blamed SkyNet but not at SkyNet - they actually took time to reply. Please try another profession. This is clearly not for you btw my tracking number is BUFZA 42111037221YQ. Pathetic to sy the least.

      My order was sent back despite me not being contacted for delivery. Please advise what is the next step. Cant get hold of any number or whatsapp number, even VIA email.

      Buffalo delivered my parcel ti the wrong person. Says its been recieved but i didn’t get anything. Buffalo please help me , im trying to get a hold of you but no answer on call or email. This happened yesterday on the 14 th of December 2022. How can you just deliver to someone without making sure!!!
