Buffalo is the worst logistic company I have ever used. When tracking it says my parcel have been received and signed off. I did not receive anything nor my family. When dispatching the parcel why am I not informed? they are not contactable at all. What a waste of money and time, All plans ruined if you trust to receive clothes' from shein for the planned function.
Trying to verify account number. WhatsApp 0813886560, on delivery site, "not possible". Calling 0813886560: call failed. Calling 0105934710: call failed. No communication from a courier company? Bad customer service. Will never use it again.
Ordered from shein on the 23rd of November and my parcel was only dispatched yesterday at 6am when i called them i was told that it takes 48 business hours to deliver which is very ridiculous as I've waited so long for the parcel, they sed if its not delivered today it would be delivered on Saturday but the website says no delivery on public holidays and weekends, this is really bad service from this company, we have to change our plans to be at home just to find out that you might bot even get your parcel for days after dispatch delivering

I was supposed to receive the order on the 3rd of December, but the order still needs to be delivered, and I am still waiting for someone to communicate the reason for the delays. It could be better, it takes forever for them to answer the calls. Information on the tracking device is the same as what I already have on the Shein app; not helpful at all.

Order was sent back to warehouse coz adress was not there....what a pot of bull. My friend that placed his order after mine got his yesterday....this was the last i ever order from shein. You are supposed to call the warehouse but no one answers so how does that work..
