    I think I am nr 1000 in the que to to complain about poor service a manager was suppose to phone back nothing since the 8th not even on mails how is it possible. Shein must get another logistics company.......

    Customers getting the parcels on time but there are clients waiting since forever for deliveries. Does Buffalo not follow the FIFO system...?

    I always get my parcels 10 days before estimated delivery date.. great service I'm impressed buffalo!!

    my third time ordering from Shein and i got my parcel 6 days late, my first and second time they were late by a day or two. im hoping my other package gets here before christmas.

    So disappointed, no update since the 9th. Phone lines not working, no real customer service to contact. Have no one to receive my package after tomorrow as I am on holiday. What a mess

    Buffalo what the fuck is happening with you people. Todays your lines are not going through. Since my parcel was received in pta and no movement or communication. This is a total bullshit. I need my parcel as in yesterday. Where is pretoria DC. Provide the address or call me 0845018856
