      How does my parcel get sent back to the warehouse without anyone calling me to attempt delivery? Also, why is it so difficult to get someone on a call to assist?????????

      Been waiting for my parcel longer than o could count and getting hold of them is close to mission impossible as you will hold a good one hour.

      Order should have been here 5 dec..... nothing. No comunication. It's festive season.... the parcel is chrismas presents!!!! ,you need to give feedback to your clients! Its not my respnsibility to phone you, you are suppose to keep me up to date!!

      These people are full of rubbish. They have no idea what they are doing. Held the line to the customer care (??) for 1h31 only to be told I should go pick up the parcel 60km away because their drivers are overwhelmed.

      Worse service ever . I will never order from Shein as they using Buffalo Logistics company. My order been returned to Durban DC how so , coz didn't attempt to delivery nx mxm

      I've been Calling!! I've been emailing, im going away on friday and i still haven't revived my package i bought all of my families Christmas presents, buffalo logistics is pathetic, they dont care,I've wasted R300 airtme on them,this is just pathetic, i would never oder with them again

      I tried to call Buffalo again after many communication attempts. i was caller#201 in the queue. The backlog situation is getting worst if you have more clients trying to get hold Buffalo. Yet the only feedback I have is that there is a backlog. what is being done about this backlog????
