      Your service js absolute rubbish. My parcel has been in transit to third party for 3 days. I have just been on hold for 1.5hours with customer service only to find out it has been returned to the warehouse. I asked if I could go and collect the item myself and was told no and when I asked why the phone was put down on me. Completely unacceptable. Never ordering through you again.

      I was tracking my order today and it says client received but I didn't receive anything I ask people around I thought maybe someone received it but no has received my parcel we have security at my place I ask them if someone came to deliver my package they said no one came so this is the last time order something from shein

      How long does it take for them to dispatch a parcel , my estimated date is today and still nothing im stressed i need my clothes for Friday and worst they don't deliver public holidays so when im i going to get my clothes

      I ordered on 28 November 2022,my parcel was supposed to be delivered last week, when I was tracking my order it was on buffalo warehouse and not moving for days. So on Monday the 12th of Dec I texted SHEIN on instagram And then my parcel started moving. Today the 14th of Dec I received my parcel.

      It has been days and still no delivery, nothing just stuck on the third party express. If buffalo logistic can not do their job, just close it down

      I just got my parcel today past 11 which was suppose to be delivered on the 25-26 of November. They totally don't care shame but I'm thanks❤️

      Sometimes they hand over our parcels to Fastway. Will it be possible for them to know ukuthi u Buffalo uphi here in Cape Town??

      caller number 289 in the Q - I need to find out where is my parcel. This is not customer service as I also work in logistics and the SLA cannot be this bad......
