      Buffalo Logistics, what's really happening with our orders?? Why ain't your contacts going through? My parcels has been in transit to third party for the longest time now. Buffalo is quick to ask us to pay tax, but they're not too quick to deliver. I should've received my parcels now. Please atleast tell us what's happening, where are they or whom to contact? SheIn should just terminate their contract with buffalo because is just useless. They just look at out text messages and emails without responding!!!! Nxxx

      The service offered by Buffalo is the worst and that's it. My partner's order arrived in Buffalo Kempton Park on the 3rd December 2022 and there has not been any move from Buffalo, the order number or tracking number is BUFZA4110445321YQ. It's a zero for me if not a minus.

      It's been a 2weeks waiting for my package and the transit have been holding it for 26 days no updating on website BUFZA4110276418YQ

      Indeed their service deserve Zero. I have placed the order on the 21 November 2022, paid the taxes on the day I got the email but I haven't get my package till today. They'll send you ambiguous email, not specific as to where the logistic problem is because otherwise I can go and collect myself.

      The problem lies with baffulo logistics, I'm not pleased with how they are handling the overload of orders received. They knew that during black Friday and towards end of the year there will be many orders however, they failed to appoint a third party to liase with them. As a company you should have put measures in place for such cases so that you don't inconvenience customers. Right now we all need those items purchased for the 16th event and others coming.. Now we have to go buy again in stores where else we have already with Shein. Your marketing team together with management need to have a brainstorm sessions and workshops on how to keep customers satisfied otherwise you have lost business! Zero rating.

      If there were 0 stars i would give them a zero. My parcel took a week to come in from China and has been sitting with Buffalo logistics in Kempton park for 2 weeks now. They don't respond to emails, don't read WhatsApp messages or don't answer their calls. The most useless and incompetent logistics company i have ever dealt with.

      This logistic company might as well close down because the service is pathetic,they don’t deserve any star all ,they never answer their phones,everything about this company is disgusting
