      Why are you so disappointing? Why do you hand our orders to other couriers who want to do their jobs?all you do is ignoring our emails and whatsapp messages, when am i going to receive my order because the estimated date was 12 to 13?

      FOR CAPE TOWNIANS, BUFFALO IS SOMEWHERE NEXT TO TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT IN PAROW, not sure about the address coz i only heard yesterday. i am willing to go tomorrow

      My order is now a week and half late, its really frustrating as I brought items for a trip which is happening next week and there is no indication of when my order will be delivered. Buffalo courier's are absolutely unprofessional. There are people commenting that they have received their orders early, how does that happen when so many of us haven't received our orders yet?

      BUFZA4112764127YQ From the 9th to the 14th of Dec 2022 no movement on my parcel. Have send 2 e-mails no answer. Phoned no one is picking up. Used the dedicated whatsapp line no answer. This is not customer service. I want my parcel. Help me please

      Worse service ever! People who ordered after me received their parcels already but I haven't.
