    Excellent Service, parcel arrived on time and in a perfect condition according to the stipulated time! Mr Kurt, the courier driver was excellent, patient and kind! Absolutely happy! Thank you!!!

    NON EXISTENT service. If I could rate 0 it would be more correct. Tracking number response "waybil number does not exist"

    My parcel has been in the country with them for 18 days and counting. I’ve called countless times, their phone is not going through. I sent a WhatsApp, I’m being ignored. I’m so fed up with them. When ordering from SHEIN is there a way to pick an alternative courier?
