Number is not going though at all when I phone

This place is unbelievable, my package has been in the warehouse from the 15th of Novmber,i have been calling the customer care with no help at all.very disappointed.
I am still waiting for my package and it has been almost 2 weeks, feels like they took it and will not deliver it
Is there anyone who has been refunded before and how long does it take? Do they include the duties and levies paid? Ordered in November and my parcel is still in transit to third party.

My parcel has been in transit since 5 December here in Cape Town... the delivery date was between 5 and 6 but still nothing... no communication also, please give me your adress I will come and fetch it today I can't wait any longer.... your service is bad this December, I'm not happy at all..

Well I'd like to say sorry to all those experiencing issues as I had ordered on the 26th November, got my order 12-December whereas estimated ship was 15/17 December so all in all I'm pleased
