    What’s the delay for I have to leave yet am stuck here because am still waiting on my parcel that was suppose to be delivered by last week Thursday or Friday . Buffalo such a bad service!!

    You normally deliver within 10 days scope. Now its past 10 days cant you improve your services for festive season? We have events to attend and we rely on those parcels. This is inconveniencing one's plans.
