Why there's no contact number for Buffalo Durban, i want to collect my parcel, since it arrived on the 6th bt im getting a message saying it will delay by 5-7 days
my parcel is been there 4 for 14 days. The I have been calling but didn’t get help and still Didn’t receive it . Suppose I got it last week.
Absolutely pathetic service. My items have been cleared at customs, however I got told that my items are still with customs. My delivery was supposed to take place between 7th-9th Dec. I'm now going on holiday without my items.

Since 5December tracking shows the parcel is at third party courier. I follow up again with Buffalo third party courier setails was shared. I contacted the third party courier and they saying Buffalo never handed over the parcel but there is waybill. Now what, I call Buffalo then I'm caller #99. Have mercy...

My order delivered before time , thank you for good service even though you nearly gave me a heart attack when I tracked my parcel and said "insufficient address" then came back later and said "consignee not available " well I can further conclude that this tracking thing doesn't really mean much coz now it says my order is in transit but I got it today morning.
Pathetic service my package was suppose delivered 2 weeks ago yet they say there is a 3-7 day waiting period
