      I have been charged double for customs and its really hectic and hell trying to get my money back. the call center agents hang up the calls after waiting on the line for hours. haven't received by order by the way,

      Guys log in to your shein app and leave shein a message on support about your order, i did that on friday and they immediately replied that they will push buffalo to move my order.... obviously weekends its closed, right now 14:30 i just received both an email nd sms to go fetch my order it has arrived at the warehouse for collection cos i also scheduled it for collection cos mayb delivery was gonna take years again so i ddnt trust them. I saw a comment here on friday and immediately i followed the instructions.... zamang maarn.. Oh and i placed my order on the 12 of November and the edd was 29-1 December.... Goodluck

      The service are so bad I had 2 order not one have arrived now there is an insurance claim so what now no communication or answering of mails

      I place orders twice a month and always receive my ordsrs before the estimated date. I 100% happy with their service. I just hate it when ARAMX hamdles my order, their customs are way too expensive. #BuffaloIsBoss

      I have ordered 10 times from Buffalo and always receive my order before the time. This is the first time there is a bit of a delay, but it was/is Black Friday Christmas. It is understandable. I just never buy "important" items from Shein. Rather see it as bonus clothing/items. Place your order and then forget about it for a while.
