      I want my parcel which number or address is not found when I have been using the same details since I started ordering with shein. This is bullshit I want my order now we cant go on holiday as planed because we are waiting for parcels that are sent back. why was the message to say my parcel will be delivered sent if it wont be delivered. Get people who know there job and know the direction please this is not it. This will be my last order with shein no more Wish is much better never had issues with them just that they take longer.

      All these reviews are replica of what i am currently experiencing. The number listed is a joke! 30min waiting time before a call will be answered. I have requested a refund from Snatcher but it appears they take no responsivity to track this order. It's been more 2 months. I receive a WhatsApp earlier as if to arrange the delivery this week but still no delivery. And now more correspondence as well.

      I got an sms saying my parcel will be delivered in 24hr, next thing a text saying its been sent back to the warehouse because of address or contact details. I've been using the same address and number now this. This is bullshit I have to be on a flight home today who will receive the parcel when I'm gone now. I will never again order from Shein this is bad service.

      Never buying from Shein again. This logistics company is unethical. They say they attemped to deliever when they never did. Then shein tells you to get into contact with them but they send you back a confirmation that they got your message but won't be responding to it becaus they're too busy. Cheap clothes isn't worth this stress.
