Guys if you bought from shein , then please contact them through their support on their app . I had problems with my package being stuck after complaining they put pressure on buffalo logistics and they in tern put pressure on fastway courier apparently my package was with fastway courier for weeks buffalo logistics had dispatched my package with them. 2 days after report them to shein I finally got my package this morning

Your services suck! Its been a month since I paid for my stuff to be shipped. Today its the 3rd day after the parcel was said to have been recieved at Bethlehem Branch, yet it is still "Out on delivery". Kanti how many days does your delivery from Bethlehem to Ficksburg take? Whatever 3rd party courier you using, this will be the end of you. Their services are flipping unprofessional and inconvenient to say the least.
Buffalo is shity my order keeps on being returned for no reason. When I call they tell me it was given to wrong driver. And they do not know when it will be delivered. This total bullshit

Delivery keeps being cancelled for no reason, when you phone you are caller number 194 in line and the estimated hold time is 41 minutes. Not happy with the service at all!
Buffalo logistics issa kaak my parcel have been in transit for 11days now it says the consignee not available they updated that shit at 00:16am , I mean how can I be available at 00:16 why they ain't calling when they are about to deliver. I'm so disappointed it was my 1st time ordering at shein and this is what I come across that time my order is more than R2000 , Buffalo should improve their delivery system really coz this is too much and nna I can't lose my money yeeer....
Just got off the phone with them. Apparently there is pile up of order due to black friday that has not been delivered yet.
