      Hay i think that's too much Maki because kaloku it should be 10%. Imagine paying such an amount then wait for a month to get your stuff. Buffalo uyinja maan sies!!

      I have been charged a huge amount of Tax, I don't understand how it gets calculated, as I spend R1500, and I paid R137.But now I have spent R5000, and being charged R1208, I thought it should be R500-R600. I had no choice but to pay avoiding to lose R5000

      Buffalo lam coming there to collect my parcel because you failed to deliver since 1 Dec till now nothing imagine it's my first time and l experience this nonono

      Yah neh.Buffalo is a nightmare.How on earth are they delivering parcels ordered from last week yet we are still waiting from our orders from 12November?This logistic company is useless and has no customer service.They don't even care at alk that we have plans with our packages or that we want to go for the Holidays.Am vey disgusted shame .sies

      This must be the worst courier/logistics company in the world. why do you take on a service that you cannot deliver a service with 1000's of people using Shein order was placed on the 26 November. Buffalo don't answer their phones or you are constantly no 172 in the que, don't reply to what's app messages.... The shipment from China went so smooth within minutes / hours your order was confirmed, shipped etc. Buffalo phoned to pay taxes, which was done the very next day. I have an invoice stating this. Now ever since it hit SA soil it is a DISASTER OF NOTE. My parcel has been sitting in Transit to third part express since Monday 5 December. I eventually managed to get another email address, which I sent to them and only received my reply yesterday from Jenay Experiencing in delay 3-7 days shipment being scanned into warehouse, then another email from. I replied stating this is what the tracking says. Then in 5 mins received another email from a different person Crecentia saying 3-10 days.......... why do other people that have ordered from them get their parcels, and we are struggling to get our parcels. This makes the whole process a nightmare. I think Shein should use another logistics company. Why do they take on something if they cannot cope with the processes. I am not prepared to lose the money, so ladies what are we going to do about this. I am going on leave from this coming week Monday 12 December, what is going to happen to my parcel?????
