      If i could rate 0 i would my parcel is with the warehouse after clearance dine since 24 November. Number 325 when phoning and when it comes to caller 126 phone get dropped. Email from them exactly the same when i follow up: Good Day Please be advised that we are experiencing a delay of 3-7 days on shipments being scanned into our warehouse. We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience and will endeavor to process your parcel as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding Useless service

      16 days after paying customs and still no feedback, it's soo frustrating! What's worse is that when you call you need to be in a que for over 50 minutes just to find out that the order hasn't even left the warehouse! By far the worst service I've ever came across!
