      My tracking says that my parcel was dispatched yesterday but I haven't received it yet.. I phoned fastway they said they dont have my parcel. I phoned buffalo they not answering.. Can someone tell me which courier they use in Durban to deliver?

      Tax paid, and clearance finished on the 25 November. Since then, no updates? It’s never taken this long, and when I phone I get different excuses each time. First time, I was told they have a delay in scanning the parcel into their warehouse, then the second time they said my parcel was being held because the area code was wrong, when I’ve used the same address my past two orders and I never had an issue. I don’t think they’re being very transparent and I just feel that they’re finding every excuse for some kind of issue that they don’t want to mention. The least they could have done was let their customers know that there was a delay, or at least be easier to get hold of.

      The service is just pathetic, my order was last updated on the 3rd no movement nothing, kanti how long does one need to wait for their orders? Haymaan!

      This is the longest ive waited for my parcel. No answers are given as to whats causing the delay.

      Normally once customs is paid - the is no waiting period. I think the problem is at Buffalo warehouse OR Tambo.
