    Tried to contact Buffalo a few times now - my parcel is stuck at the SOUTH AFRICA CUSTOMS - Tax paid, but no movement since 27 NOVEMBER 2022. What is going on with them? What is the average time for a parcel to be at SOUTH AFRICA CUSTOMS?

    I placed my order in October. It's been over a month now.. Buffulo has been so consistent before but now its just trash. I'm really disappointed.

    People lets try another trick now because we are desperate. Lets send emails via buffalo official site China. Ask them to find out what is happening with Buffalo South Africa. Lets bombard them with emails. Impahla zabantwana ze Christmas Thixo wam.

    Wtf is happening. When I track my order it says received in Polokwane for the past two days it’s like that why ?? This is shit. Why can’t they just deliver our things!! We need those clothes !! This is shit. They don’t even answer calls mxm. Buffalo logistics is shit no cap

    My order has arrived in the local area two weeks ago but no progress has been made from Buffalo. It is sitting in the warehouse with no movement. My order is a week late. Buffalo is beyond bad. How do you operate with no customer service support to assist. This is the worst logistics company!!? Terrible service!

    Have you guys heard that Shein is being investigated for child labour. That could be the reason for this stupid delay. Wonke umntu yakhala. Maybe all orders from Shein zi onhold. I don't know but the is no progress on my order sincevthe 2nd. Sending emails is a waste of time.

    My parcel arrived at witbank branch on the 2nd of Dec...Im so disappointed I've placed my order 3 weeks ago yoh buffalo bathong.If we were given a chance to choose a courier company for ourself I'd go with Aramex all day eceryday..Your service sucks!
