    I have paid the tax on 02 November and when I track my parcel it says clearance completed. It's been a week now and it doesn't change the status when I track it. Buffalo has a poor service.

    Been waiting far too long for my order. Says it was in transit to me a week ago but it’s still not here. Very disappointing. The service as well is horrendous, customer support is very rude and unhelpful.

    My parcel says Airport warehouse received, meaning its still at customs at the airport, the delay is with the airport to send the parcel to the warehouse where the package is supposed to be sent out for deliveries...Oh and also some of our orders are delaying because they are in a box, lol that guy on the phone said that to me mayb thats why other people are receiving their parcels its because their plastics have space in those vans or trucks they use angazi. That time my order was R2500. Hopefully this week our parcels will fit guys.....

    My parcel was cleared on November 1st and have been in transit from November 4th...when will I receive my parcel...It's been 5 weeks!

    i placed an order with shein since the 13th of November and i still don't have my parcel . i don't even know whether or not the delivery company actually came because i was at home whole day and no one phoned to tell me that my parcel has arrived or anything of that sort . i am highly and utterly disappointed in buffalo and shein for their service , it is extremely bad and upsetting and the worst part of it all is that im not even receiving feedback on the messages and emails i sent . worst tracking app ever !

    My parcel says received. I habe not received. This is terrible service. I am very in happy about this hole experience.
