    i placed an order with shein since the 13th of November and i still don't have my parcel . i don't even know whether or not the delivery company actually came because i was at home whole day and no one phoned to tell me that my parcel has arrived or anything of that sort . i am highly and utterly disappointed in buffalo and shein for their service , it is extremely bad and upsetting and the worst part of it all is that im not even receiving feedback on the messages and emails i sent . worst tracking app ever !

    Can you please tell Skynet to deliver my parcel it has been with them for a week. Buffalo it's your responsibility to make sure we receive our parcel

    Unprofessional ,the buffalo courier are not reliable ,they just lie and take their time to deliver .its been 1 months since from the 4 of november until now waiting for my order ,they just tell you stories after stories and the manager you can`t get hold of her they tell you she is on another line ,she is at the warehouse there is no phone ,she is in a meeting .JUST LIES I GIVE UP WITH BUFFALO .
