      Sad service. When I phoned they said Buffalo Logistics has given my parcel to a third party to deliver and they cannot give me a name of number of the Company. Shein should look into this, this is not good service or Customer service.

      Why the fuck did I not get my parcel you've delivered to my exact address before and now you can't find it you are pathetic piece of shit courier and you won't even try a second attempt I hope you all get what you deserve

      U will wait until forever comes my advise kutsi is to email Shein customer service they will refund you, I had the same problm is sorted now I got all my money back

      First time i order from SHEIN then have to deal with company like Buffalo, OH what a bad start. What gets me the most is that when you try to call nobody communicate with you and when you text them on whatsapp, no reply. Such a bad courier. My parcel supposed to arrive yesterday but still today i have not received it.

      What's this shit of order being detain for clearance . I have been waiting for my order I uploaded all the documents they requested and still no movement in my status .. buffalo I don't like it shem they are failing us .. I paid my clearance in time .
