      Buffalo and its delivery guys are just pure Kak. They lie, they never deliver on time and the are arrogant when they do finally deliver your parcel. utter nonsense. Im still waiting for my order , it boarded the delivery vehicle on Monday and today its Thursday. Still waiting

      I got an email saying that my order is out for delivery at around 6am, now I just got an email saying that delivery attempted failure. They claim Buffalo logistics called me/I wasn't at home and they didn't call me

      I was supposed to get my parcel on the 17th. On sundays at work they do not open. On Monday the 17th still i did not recieve it. The was no call made to ensure where to deliver.       I have called the customer service several time for my parcel but they are not assisting. I lost my phone and I have called to give the alternative number. They have not called that number , they keep on returning back my parcel because they can not get hold of me, while I gave them the alternative number. I am unable even to call the offices in durban so that I can have a direct communication with them. I am
