      Please help me with this order number BUFZA4110156709YQ (BG2211081327158) it was meant to be delivered between 27th -29th November 2022. No updates, tracking updates still on transit. Please advise what to do, I've tried almost every contact provided but no luck to be assisted.

      We are given an option, Aramex can collect the parcels at the buffalo aorport warehouse, you are given an option, i know shein does i just didnt see that earlier and i wish i did, so next time just look for aramex on shein

      When you order from shein and zaful you are not given an option to choose. They just use buffalo. Not sure with other online stores

      Hey Lee your parcel is probably with fastway courier call them or chat on WhatsApp or the bot on the website .ask for your new tracking number they'll probably give you the phone number of the driver that has your package

      they use buffalo because they have an partnership with south africa thus buffalo being an international door to door company , companies like aramex can’t make orders from china to sa they can only make orders within south africa

      Then dont use buffalo...;) You have an option between Aramex and buffalo and yall chose buffalo and now its their fault...dont think so

      I went so see buffalo logisics and theu said that most of the orders will be comming next week. Its the holloday season and everyone ordered. So the airport warehouse will be overloaded and it will tske time to get here. So please relax
