      This is so bad! My package was supposed to be here on the 28th of November! Give me my package!! Plus I really needed it for a school event, so thanks for that.

      I'm stuck on transit my order is not moving was supposed to be delivered Friday it says urging dispatch and I pressed confirm but no movement still I'm stressing I need this clothes for this week need their contact number

      What I’ve noticed is that the system doesn’t update. I got my order today, a week before the estimated delivery time but on the tracking system it’s still stuck on “clearance finished”. When the driver called, I wasn’t even at home. Please work on your system update otherwise I always get my parcels on time.

      Buffalo deserve 0 star. Their drivers are stealing from us. My clothes are missing and the package was unsealed. They used brown sellotape. Stupid people I wish whoever did this could just die

      I missed a call from Buffalo driver around 20:03 PM on Friday. I was not even notified that my order will be delivered that day ( yesterday). Now after the driver didn’t get me on my phone he didn’t even try going to my place he just decided to report that my address is bad , which obviously influenced my status to change to Bad address I’m so disappointed because I placed this order 20 November

      Everyone that is having problems with their shein parcel .report it via their shein app "support" maximum response time is 24 hours they'll reach out to buffalo on your behalf and once you are done talking to them .when you go back to the shein tracking they'll be a new pop up written "urging dispatch" press to select it once you do then shein will contact the courier and put pressure to deliver your parcel as soon as possible especially those whose parcel are barely moving or have an update

      Hai you know at this point I don't know what to say. I paid my buffalo customs on the 22nd of November but I haven't received my order even today. Received an email from International Parcel Services saying I owe R35 of customs before they can make a delivery. Has anyone received a similar sms? Because I have a new tracking number but I can't track my Parcel on their site. On shein and buffalo it's written transit to third party express. Is this third party express the same as International Parcel Services? I'm confused and worried about my order. What's surprising is that when I first ordered from shein, I paid buffalo customs immediately after receiving the email to pay and got my order within a week, no hustles no paying others customs whatsoever. This time around, I honestly don't know what's going on because I paid my buffalo customs immediately after receiving the email like last time
