      I read a lot of the comments and i wonder if people realise that as soon as the order enters South Africa it goes to FastWay Courier for delivery. I never have an issue with delivery and get my messages and e-mails with updates. People should maybe make sure they lambaste the correct courier as if it was delivered at your home it is NOT buffalo doing the delivery. They just make sure the order gets INTO South Africa.

      I just went through the comments and people have been complaining about this company even for the past two years. I guess our complains ain't gonna do any better. Unless shein changes this company. Maybe we should just all email shein company and urge them to stop working with this company.

      Return! reason:Delivery unfinished. This is all it said for my parcel, there was no phone calls or any other description. It then said returned to warehouse. Has anyone receieved this reason before and what does it mean?

      Anyone with information of the Newcastle branch. I'm literally 2 hours away from the branch but i still i haven't received my parcel it's been a week. Worse they don't deliver on weekends

      Got my parcel today. A full week early, est delivery date was 11/12/2022. Very happy with service
