Not happy at all about this service
Also it would be very wise to call a person when delivering, not just update status saying people not available

This is directed to kgothatso and all those whose tracking says "forwarded to thrid-party" ,your parcel is probably with fastway courier .call them or use their chatbot on their website it has faster response .give them your buffalo tracking number and they'll give you a new fastway tracking number.if your parcel is with a driver they'll probably give you the driver's contact details aswell
Poor service my order is not delivered but when I track it says I have received it. They don't answer when I call, what can I do

I thought aramex was the worst but Buffalo is the worst horrible service ever its been weeks waiting for my order I paid the customs but it takes days for it to update the shipping
Zero zero zero star I bought an outfit from Shein on the 10th of November and Buffalo hasn't delivered. I should be wearing the outfit tomorrow on the 2nd of December! Today is the third day since its been saying "Out on delivery"
