      Also it would be very wise to call a person when delivering, not just update status saying people not available

      I'm not happy at all I have been waiting for my order, when I track it, it says Consignee not available yet there was not courier at my door. I have been home all this time I don't understand what can I do.Baffalo does not pick up when I call

      This is directed to kgothatso and all those whose tracking says "forwarded to thrid-party" ,your parcel is probably with fastway courier .call them or use their chatbot on their website it has faster response .give them your buffalo tracking number and they'll give you a new fastway tracking number.if your parcel is with a driver they'll probably give you the driver's contact details aswell
